What areas do you cover?
Wherever you have a listing. I am based out of Central Maryland but I go where my clients go (additional travel fees may apply).
Do you do 3-D/Virtual Tours?
No. Instead, I think it's better to make a video with you showcasing the property and your talents as a salesperson.
Can you do virtual staging?
I can, however I'm a firm believer that actually staging the property will help you sell your listing faster. Buyers don't want to feel misled when they tour the home. I recommend Kate Wunder Interiors , Joy Home Design, & Eleganza Staging & Design
Can you photoshop that?
On a case by case basis but keep it mind more editing requires more time which leads to more cost to you. Instead, let's work together to ensure the property is ready for photos when it comes time for your appointment.

If you just need photos, no problem. The basic package includes up to 20 photos (perfect for townhomes or small SF homes). Exterior images include blue sky replacements and 1 dusk to dawn.

Have a property that requires a showcase from the sky? I have you covered. I obtained my sUAS license with the F.A.A. specifically for my real estate services. This includes your regular pictures of the house plus 5-10 aerial photographs.
